Reward points transferred with out notification

Dear Sir,

I have a ICICI credit card and i used to get reward points based on spending on this card. All of the sudden, without my knowledge they transferred 2500 points to some account (Saying imint when i call customer care). I want my points back.. Could you help me on the same?
