Credit card not delivered

Dear Sir,

I had applied for a credit card from your bank on 20/02. Till date there is no intimation of status of that. On calling your service centre, I have been told that my application has been rejected. on asking for returning the documents I was told that the application form mentions that the documents wont be returned. However no reason was given for the same saying its the Banks policy not to disclose the reasons. How can I be denied the reason for that when these are my documents. On requesting to transfer the line to a senior executive, the line was disconnected twice. The tone of your call executives was very harsh and insulting.

This kind of a feedback is not expected from SBI Bank. If executives like these serve the banks, its not gonna progress. Sorry but this is one of the few reasons that people dont want to transact with the Bank.
