ICICI Bank
3900 INR debited from my account without informing me

Dear Sir

I maintain a savings account with icici bank from last 5 years. My account no is 000201091430. On 30 march i got 3967.46 debited from my account against subject 4864103106277006 .

This transaction has been done without informing me. When i enquired with ICICI bank customer care it was told to me that this is an 2.5 years old outstanding of 1000.00 and interest 2900.00 adding 3967.45

(1) My first complain is " why without asking me money has been taken out from my account? "

(2) I am not sure weather i really used 4864103106277006 card in past.

(3) Why ICIC bank did not clarified in-past since i am regular customer of ICICI bank since last five years.
