Denial of paying my salary maney

Hello

My salary account is with ICICI Bank Secunderabad Branch. From last 3 years my salary is being credited in this account. But this month ICICI Bank has bolcked the 25000 Rs of my salary and they are not paying this money to me. They are saying that I have balance pending in my credit card but I dont have any credit card that they claim I own. They have never called me up neither they informed me that any kind of payment is pending with me. Without informing me they are harassing me by not paying my amount.

Please guide me what to do. I have raised request to ICICI Bank but they are not replying. Please help me out.
