ICICI Bank
Money not came from ATM but deducted from account

Respected sir;

I am working in Goverment of Gujarat Department, I have a salary account with ICICI bank and the account No is: 624601052438 and I was issued with the debit card No: 4731 9662 4601 3684,

On 6th April I tried to with draw Rs 10000/- from the SBI Bank ATM at Tarnaka, Hyderabad, but money and slip both was not came. After some time at the same day i have tried to again withdraw money from ICICI bank ATM. and i have taken mini statement slip in which i got that 10000 was deducted from my account but as i said above i didnt get money from SBI Atm then why it is showing debited amount? My accounted is oriented from Ringroad, Surat, Gujarat. I am right now in hyderabad so, i dnt know where to complain. I am fully depend upon my salary, so kindly look in to this matter, and do the needful.
