Cse's misbehaviou

I am actually launching a complaint against your customer care department. It is not only one who bothers me but the entire set of people who come across over the phone. They are so rude with the customer that one dont even feel dialing customer care number. But unfortunately i dont have any of your branch nearby. Pls train them to listen to the complaints patiently afterall they are for that only.
