Putting the wrong amount on my credit card and then deducting the amount srom savings account

I had an ICICI bank credit card which I closed in 2007. Despite multiple reminders the account was not closed and interest charges kept on incurred on it.

One fine day the interest was mentioned to me Rs1100 and i was told to pay sum of Rs 65. which I paid.

Suddenly after 2 weeks the credit amount in the statement shooted to Rs 8000 by the charges which were totally absurd.

Even after doing complaint nothing happened.

One month later without intimating me the credit card dept deducted Rs.8000 from my savings account.

This is the clear case of cheating from the bank and then also I kept on getting the credit statement for next 2 months with more charges.

The bak is engaged in all these kind of fraudulent activites.
