I have an ICICI Bank account for the last 4 months now. This account was opened with the criteria that I can keep zero balance in the savings account. Savings Account No.: 081601000238 is with the Sector-63 Noida branch. There are also two high value Fized Deposit attached with this account.

On 20-April, there is suddenly a debit of Rs.827 by the description: "QABChgs, Jan-Mar09 ST77". For which there has been no intimation or explanation.

Please help to revert the charges for which there has been no explanation or reason or hearing.
