Illegal Account Debit by ICICI Bank

I hold an ICICI Bank from 5 years and recently I saw 9000 Rs. debited from my account. The Bank has stated that I made a debit card purchase at Big Bazaar but I never made any such purchase. My account is usually well funded but now I am moving out of ICICI Bank and moving to other banks like SBI and HDFC.
