ICICI Bank
Savings Account is freezed

I am an NRI and recently I thought of putting my savings in the ICICI Bank of India to my horror when I was not able to debit my savings I contacted the bank and they said that they have freezed my accounts untill they investigate the matter.

Help me survive, ... IS RBI SLEEPING LIKE THE KUMBHAKARANA OF MAHABHARATA
