I am icici bank account holder & I have icici bank ATM card also. I was want to withdrawal Rs.500.0 by using stat bank of indore ATM with icici ATM card on 05.04.2009.during transation I not found money & not withdrawal slip also, but the ammount of Rs.500.0 deducted from my account. I complain in icici customer care on 06.04.2009. the complain no. is-102315447.they give me time for eight working days.after eight working days, when I call they give 12 working days again.after compleation of 12 working days I call again & they assure me that the problem solved with in one day, but it is not solved. till the time I am not found my money.

please do necessory action as I spend approx Rs.100.0 in calling in icici customer care.
