Hi I have made complete payment against my home loan A/c LBMUM00000405395 on 21st April. As per ICICI bank, after payment its take 16 days to dispatch original documents after forclosure of the loan. Its been more that 16 days since i made complete payment against my loan. Till today i have not received any communication regarding the same and making multiple calls and visitng home loan branch has not resulted in anything. I need my original documents ASAP ICICI bank charges interest for everyday if EMI is late or not paid.. in this case bank should be charges for not following their standard procedure
