My Bank account debited withous any intimation

Dear Sir, this is to inform that my wife Mrs. ISHA GOEL is holding a account in ICICI Bank Rohini Branch, Delhi. on 12/5 by the use of internet banking i came to know that my a/c 629801506423 is debited with INR 497 with discription ECS DR/TP ICICI PRU/358979, i have no diven any debit instruction for the same. whan i called the customer care first they disconnected the call, then second time i spok with Ms. Renuka V in Hydrabad she denied to take the complaint regarding the same and also dint helped, She has given me a reffrence no. which is 105995041.
