Unauth deduction and non crediting of amount

1.My Acct No is 024901517743 with ICICI Bank Jhansi (UP). Ideposited a syndicate bank of India cheque for and amount of Rs 44820/ in ICICI Branch, Rejency Road Jammu in the month of Jun and the said amount was credited into my account on 05 sep 2008 without giving any interest on the amount to me whereas I had been paying interest for the said amount.

2. On 07 Oct I deposited a SBI cheque for Rs 711/- in your Fatehgarh (UP) branch and the amount was credited into my account on the same date but on 10 Oct the amount was deducted from my account with additional charges of Rs 112/- without any information.

3. I again deposited a SBI cheque for Rs 873/- on 17 DEc in the same branch but the amount has not so far been credited to my acount so far.

4. An amount of Rs 112/- has been deducted from my account on 12 Nov for getting duplicate statement which is not understood.
