Hi,

I applied for pre-approved from ICICI. After waiting for four days when I called in their customer care to know status, I got to know that my application was rejected. When I asked for the reasons of rejection, the customer care didn't give any reasons. Also, they didn't give any email id where I can communicate and get the reasons. The customer care also informed that I can not apply for loans to their bank for the next 6 months.

I want to know how can I resons for rejection in writing from these guys.

Please help me with your suggestions.
