Hi, in 24/11/08, 9185 Rs check (check no.893664) comes in begusarai icici branch from income tax office but this amount does not credit in account (Ac. No.-040401508076), branch manager gives me comments "they are missplace the check", after that on one give me response since last six month (Branch manager/operation manager, Mr. ajay singh/Mr. nilesh kumar)., i am in big trouble and my last step is going to consumer form, so take action as soon as possible.
