Sales Pressure

I feel there is lot of sales pressure on ICICI Bank staff we are scared to enter into the branch rite from the helpedesk cash counter Manager everyone seems to be pressurized by the sales they wd be just back of us for go for... products mistakenly if we go with our parents they say go for some Sr Citizen FD's or their related products if we go with kid again some insurance products. I und sales is imp for u guys bu let there be only one channel who handles this why is it everyone involved in it... pleas be cautious instead of going back for new customers or achieving targets don't loose your existing one's. Request you pls look into the issue facing lot of problem with your sales.
