Cibil has classified me as a defaulter. I have availed and closed personal loan from citybank. Also I have cleared my credit card dues of Bank of baroda & state bank of india also. I have not cheated any bank but only ICICI bank have dissapointed me by their inefficient service. Actully my ICICI credit card using one of my friend but he has not cleared outstanding amount & he has gone to abroad. Now ICICI bank harrased me very badly. Im ready to settled thease overdue in 2007 in one lot but ICICI bank representative not co-operated. Now this amount is goes up to 70000/- but actully using only 30000/-

Im applying for personal loan from HDFC bank but not sanction me becauase of Im in defaulter list

i am a victim of unjustified business practices of bank what is remedy iam having.please help me out
