Confusion within the bank

Dear Sir,

My company had issued a cheque for reimbursement for amount of 2160/- in the name of Jaya Koganti (my married name) The cheque issued by my firm was a HDFC cheque. I got a return draft from ICICI saying there is a name mismatch (My account name is Jaya Awasthi) The confusion is that the money 2160 INR is already debited from my firm`s account and the ICICI bank has returned it`s own draft for me to process, so the transaction from my firm is over, but due to ICICI I`m stuck with a draft which is of no use and they are refusing to accept it and pay me the money.

I`ve made several calls to customer service and made rounds of ICICI branches and no one is being able to tell me how to get my money.
