Unaccounted charges against Credit Card

Sir/Madam

I would like to bring to your kind notice that a Credit Card was issued by your bank with life time free of charges with Credit card no 444341012096400 in the name Davinder Singh but to my surprise i received a credit card statement showing a total amount due of Rs 1595.21 whereas i have never used this card

So you are requested to look into the matter and redeem the unnecessary charges which have been credited to my card

Otherwise i will have to take suitable action against your bank
