Deductions from Bank Account, Inspite of Settlement done towards credit card

Respested Sir/Madam,

I am Mr. Sushant Muni, a resident of Kalyan, had used the ICICI Bank credit card No. 5176 5338 1767 5009 and had made the settlement towards the same with Ref No. : Ref/155/03/08/07/Z. last year.

ICICI has now deducted my account (000401728446) by Rs. 5, 200 odd rupees, i was clearly told that the settlement was toward the entire amount.

Now when i called up the customercare for my account, they told me that the account is deducted towards my credit card outstandings.

Pls help in the same.
