Why charge QAB Charges in my a/c

My self Burhan Uddin (Advocate Delhi High Court) using your bank facilities since 8 years and open a saving a/c as minimum 0 balance. I would like to infrom you that the first time at dated 09/07/09, bank deducted Rs. 827/- from my account as QAB charges. I want to know what is QAB Charges..? and why this amount deduct from my account,? although my a/c as opened by minimum 0 balance.

so that you are requested to refund this amount in my a/c as soon as possible.

your ealier action in this matter shall be highly appreciated.
