Falsely charged QABChgs on a Zero balance account

I have a zero balance account with ICICI which was opened to link with INDIABULLS demat account. It's been about an year since i opened the account and now they have deducted 827 INR from my account without any intimation. When i called costumer care to inquire about the deduction made, they reply i should maintain 5000 balance atleast. When i asked how come that stands zero balance, they reply normal users have to keep 10, 000 minimum and linked account holders are very special with zero balance account so we have to maintain only 5000 as minimum balance. Isn't that cheating? Please take action against these cheats, who keep on reaping money from it's costumers making false commitments.
