Hi

I had requested for Form 16 for Year 08 From ICICI bank. They says its been shipped but tracking # is incorrect. Its been more than 3 months. Also asked to send on personal email id & they says it sent but never received. NRI managers does not even respond to the email query

Please suggest if there is any way to take legal action.
