Sharekhan Trading company assured me for zero balance ICICI bank account

Please take necessary action in following matter.

At the time of taking the Sharekhan account, Sharekhan Trading company assured me for zero balance ICICI bank account and on the basis of that I have taken decision to open account on 10th of September with ICICI bank Bhopal branch, which is link with Sharekhan trading account.

Recently ICICI bank has deducted charges against Minimum Quarterly Balance on 9th July however it should not because it is a zero balance account.

please take necessary action and get the deducted amount (Rs.827/-) revert back to my account.

Please do the needful asap.
