In ATM unable to process but 20000/- Deducted from my acount

On dated 6/6/09 i had used ICICI ATM (SBI CARD), unable to process came, but money deducted from my account (20000).for this i had already complained on 7/6/09 in SBI branch, request no-2670426.than after also i sent 3-4 times reminder.again on 13/7/09 i sent one more request having request no-2843931. but i am not getting any result.please help me sothat i can get my money back soon which is very much urgent for me.
