Dear Sir / Madam,
This is to bring to your kind notice that my salary account no. 001201550543 is ceased as informed by ICICI Bank, Malviya Nagar Branch, Jaipur against my credit card no. 9401270044937006. This has been done by the bank at his on without prior intimation to me. This leaves me in great trouble and does not intent that the bank keeps good relation with the customers. The dispute is very old one and I am regularly writing to the bank to settle it once for all but the bank is not responding positively. I request to you to release my salary immediately and advise your official to see me to settle the issue or I will leave with no other alternate but to go to the legal notice and consumer court.
