ICICI Bank
Rs 62000.00 debited from my Salary Acct

Dear Sir

I have salary a/c with ICICI Bank - Nungambakkam Br since

I Received a call from ICICI customer care on 08/08 morning,

confirming Rs 6- debited from my account by means of net banking.

I shoked and i informed that i didnot done it. And rushed to my ICICI branch and asked

how it happened. They simply said that you couldhave done it. I don't know what to

answer to them as i was already in depressed mood due to the above matter. And i asked them that where my amount has been credited, they simply not giving the details of the defaulters. And said that the amount blocked from the bank

I would like to know the following.

1. On whose acct my amount has been transfered

2. How can be possible without informing me if the transfer happened by means of net banking.

3. When can i get my amount to my account.

Sir kindly help me in this regard.
