ICICI Bank Credit card reward points Fraud through IMint

Hi,

I am also facing the same issue with ICICI bank. I have icici bank credit card and suddenly all my reward points (more than 10, 000) was disappearing. When i called icici bank they said that it has been transferred to IMint, which is done with out my consent. They gave IMint card no and i called IMint customer service they said the number does not matches first time, second time they said the card will be sent but its almost more than 7 months, still not received my card, i called them up several time but no use. I informed this to icici bank but their response is very worst. They simply say "you have to contact imint customer care for this". I am fed up with this. If i need to sew them what is the procedure to be followed. anybody know please tell me or write to kumarand_in@yahoo.com
