Home Loan Interest Rate Not Reduced

Hi,

this is to bring your kind notice that ICICI bank indias largest private bank ..i have taken home loan Amount 1950000 in Sep 2007 @11 % floating but as meaning says for floating is not applicable as such because now i am being charged @11.5 %...icici is now giving loan to new customer @8.75 for under 20 Lakh...

my query is how to tackle this issue... why my interest rate is not reduced and is matched to 8.75 %from 11.5 %..

please guide me where to complain and how to get the benefit...

do suggest and force icici bank not to do with old customer..
