ICICI Bank - ICICI bank credit card

Dear Sir,

I had taken a credit card from ICICI two years ago and then after a couple of months I had been transferd to Hyderabad. I had made a payment for the card before itself, it has been quite sometime now. But nowI CICI has called me and inform me that they will take legal action against me. I have repaid back 43 thousand now and I am out of money and all I need is more time to arrange for the remaining amount. Can you please help me with this
