INACTION OF ICICI

IT IS SHOCKING TO POINT OUT THAT I HAVE REPEATEDLY SPOKEN TO THE CUSTOMERE SINCE 03 SEP 2009 AND PUT UP MY COMPLAINT FEW DAYS BACK BUT IT IS HEIGHT OF INEFFICIENCY OF ICICI BANK THAT NONE HAS RESPONDED NOR TAKEN ANY ACTION TO REDRESS MY PROBLEM

I am Col K L Jaspal operating two accounts i.e. joint account of mine and my wife No. 630301013481 and another joint account with my son Kamal Deep Jaspal S/B A/C no 630301013494, though I have three accounts in the ICICI bank Faridabad, Sector 21C.

As per my request I was receiving regular message alerts whenever there has been transactions of Rs. 5000/- and more. It is most unfortunate and disappointing to say that since 03 Sep in spite of repeatedly speaking and explaining the problem of non receipt of message alerts after 01 Sep the ICICI bank has completely failed to redress the problem. This problem is such that it can be resolved immediately on initiating the required action. I am having my account in the bank since 2002. Such a problem though never came in the past, but this time, no one seems to be attending to the problem. I cannot imagine if the staff of this bank which is one of the leading banks could be having such an inefficient staff. I am rather most disappointed by this act of ICICI authorities; in effect do not find appropriate words to express my anguish. I want to request the appropriate authorities to inform me if the problem cannot be resolved because of their inefficiency to enable me to change my banker please.

I hope the head office is informed to take action in the matter please or let me know if I am required to approach ombudsman in the matter. Some one must talk to me to listen to my problem in person please.
