Service withdrwan without notice

Hi,

I am using ICICI Bank Platinum Credit Card and as one of their facility they give there custoemr an option to convert any of their transactions into 6 months EMI without interest.

SO today i did some transaction and called ICICI Credit Care to get same converted into 6 EMI but Bank said we cannot do. I ask why. they give first:

>service is stopped.

>when i said howcome without intimating us, then bank said its stopped recently, in july

>Even then i asked how any service industry can stop any service without intimatign Customers.

>Long discussion went they kpt telling me process but didnt felt sorry nor gave me solution.

> i planned something with service i had but now if i dont pay then i have to pay either interest or whole money in single go.

ITS BECOMING DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH ICICI their customer service is very poor, need support to support us...
