Respected Sir,

I, Raj maurya would like to make u know that i m facing mentally harshment from ICICI credit card Recovery Agent... as they say that ur friend who had defaulted payment had given your address as a correspondent address..he had defaulted bank payment & know u r liable to the same.

I m already asked lawyer regarding this Matter, he had suggested me to make a police complaint towards bank, is this a right step.
