Dear Sir,

I had transferred 5650 rupees from my citibank account 5981317221 to another person's ICICI bank account number 003101053330. The UTR number is CITIN09237014459 on 24 Aug. However, it has not been updated in ICICI bank account till 30 Sep 2009.

Similarly, another transaction of the amount 5650 on 24 Sep 2009 has also not been updated in ICICI bank with UTR number CITIN09267020428.

Can you please help me out to resolve this issue?
