NOC For my loan

My name is Dharampal Arya I had applied for Rs.50000.00 from ICICI Bank, in the month of feb'06. My Loan number LIDEL 00005297976. Tenor month 24. EMI 3279.00. Repayment mode Auto debit. Started from 07th Feb'2006 till 07th Jan'2008.

I also gave two signed cheques of amount above thirty thousand don't know the actual amount. I have been told that as soon as my EMI will over it will return to me along with NOC certificate.

But sorry to say till date i haven't get any kind of assiatant from them. I am holding an account in ICICI bank branch Gurgaon. My account number is 017701512096.

Please help me in this matter and also let me know to whom should i contact.
