NON RECEIPT OF STATEMENT

I have not received my bank statement for the quarter ending on 31st December although the March is going to be due despite of the complaint No. SR55589498.It has been informed to me by SMS that the statement has been sent through speed post pn 12-2 ref.no. ED364463436IN but when i tried to track the movement at net on speed post site it denies the registry of such reference it is amazing. When i personally enquired in post office there is no receipt of such letter. My adress is not changed and getting all posts except of icici every time almost i have to complain and after a lot of efforts only i get the normal quarter ending statement.

They say it was sent by the courier but returned back Only god can prove the statement of bank as i am geting all mails sent as my adress is centrally located
