Cheque returned by icici bank also debited my account

Sir,

i applied in reliance power ipo, i gave cheque of icici bank

account no 002401512574

cheque amt 25875

cheque no: 551891

but cheque was returned by bank also amt was debited from my account. because of which i went to karvy, abn amro wasting my time for 1.5 months for money fighting for it, i would like to go legal agnaist icici bank.
