NOT CLOSE ECS

I have a saving account in icici bank, a/c no. 629501071414, sadar branch, delhi-110007. i have request to bank to stop my ECS of Rs-14, 356/- on dated 03/04 two days before ECS (05/04) and the excutive of said bank branch has assured me to stop your ECS, . but i surprised when i check my account on day of ECS (05/04).in my account Rs-14, 356 is deducted.i have receiving of my request application. KINDLY STOP MY ECS AND ALSO RETURN MY ECS AMOUNT.
