CLOSING SAVINGS ACCOUNT

Sir,

I want to complaint that i have given an application in ICICI BANK (GT ROAD BRANCH, PANIPAT) to close my savings account no.603801507913 on 04th Aug and submitted all related documents (Cheque Book, ATM card etc.). Bank personnel told me that she had closed my account. But now I have received Quarterly statement for same account showing my balance in negative.
