Un-neccessary charges charged from my Demat A/c

Dear Sir,

As per the the advice of ICICI Bank officer regarding transfer charges of securities, i transferred my holding from my ICICI Direct.com A/c to another A/c but when i got the statment of charges its shocked me because these charges are too high. When i exchange the mail with customer care of icici bank they not respond it and give me the details of charges. ICICI Bank Employee & Customer Care Officer didn’t have the proper information. Due to their lack of information why customer should suffered a huge charges.
