Fraud with online transaction from my icici account

I M.Chiranjeevi from hyderabad having an account in an icici bank.

On the date of 15/09/10 my money of 34, 000 rs- was transferred through online banking to another icici account with out my knowledge.i am not at all aware of this transaction. and also i dont know this person. i contact to customer care of icici, but i did, nt get satisfactory answers from them and also i contact icici branch in hyderabad, here also i didnt get satisfactory answers. but i found that to which account my money was transferred. we tried to catch that fradulent person through phone but he is not lifting the call.

i found his details i.e Name: dinesh kumar neralla, mumbai branch.

and also one Girl talk with me that day through by phone for the purpose of my icic bank account verification details. they asked my date of birth and they said we are going to secure your online account, so because of this reason we are going to take this verification they said. i received call from the above ph number i.e 9989253525. now they are not lifting call.

please tell me how can i recover my money.
