Have applied for balance transfer in my ICICI credit card. I was informed that I will get the DD in 5 days. But I did not receive even after ten days.
When I called the customer service, they are not responding in a right way and also not allowing me to contact the next level officers. I am totally frustrated.
The data base wihich they are mainintaining is totally incorrect. But they are not ready to accept and providing the same incorrect contact numbers for the couriers.
We have three couriers named Expree, Express delivries & Express IT. But they are striclty saying that all the three are same and giving the same numbers..
This is creating total irritatio to the customers. I have wasted more tha 100 mins in this tracking issues. But no solution provided.
At last I decided to cancel the Balance transfer. That customer care people are not ready to take the cancellation request too.
