Ounce cheque inspite of money in a/c

Dear sir

im account holder in icici bank since 5 years. On 29 may i deposit Rs.14000 at 11.10 am before the bank clearing time which is 12 Pm. But the bank still bounce my cheque of Rs.14000 on the same day.i contact the bank manager regarding this but he didint give me any responce .and the third party to whom i give the cheque is taking me in the court because of rejection of cheque .im very upset because of this. My icici bank a/c is 006601506201.pls help me.my other details are below.
