Cheque Clear Before Date

Respected Sir,

I have current account holder in icici bank, civil lines, allahabad

and my account number is 628205022131. My two cheque is cleared before on date.

My first cheque is dated 15-05 but bank cleared 23-04

My second cheque is dated 15-06 but bank cleared 11-06-08

so, i want to know how to claim that bank.
