ICICIBANK
Account closed but penalty levied

My account no 007601009596 at ICICI bank, at Road no.36, Jubilee hills, Hyderabad was closed as early as April. But, 4 yrs after that, since April I, m getting summary of account from the Bank, showing negative balance in the (already closed) account against QAB chgs and interest there in etc.

Plz correct the error and don't send any such account summary because I don't want to operate this account.
