Dear sir,

one important document was despatched from ICICIBANK to me and i got the sms on my mobile. your courier boy also call me over phone and told no service given where i am working. I am working in Vision Natives, Kommadi Road. Visakhapatnam. But i gave the alternate address of my house. your boy has noted down the address. but till now the letter has not delivered. the courier AWB No. is 2626626612 and it was despatched on 01-07. i got the phone from your courier on 05-07. so kindly deliver that letter as quick as possible. i am giving my addres below
