Observed very bad in finding very basic details like MICR for ICICI Secundrabad. There is no basic support on website detailing about the same. When tried reaching phone banking officer thru 91-040-23128000, problem starts. If we choose option for giving new business (like taking loan, transaction for demat) these guys will help you like crazy, otherwise as an individual calling this number need to wait for atleast 15 to 30 mins. This is where the customers get bad diseases like hearing problems listening all junk adds and service information bank. The system will say response time is 90 seconds to 1 minute but you will end up hloding phone and listening to junk adds for 15 to 30 minutes. They have to either revise the website or they have to improve response time for customers who are seeking normal help.
