Savings account charged automatically for fraudulent Credit card

I have a Savings account and credit card for ICICI Bank. On 18 July, my savings account was debited Rs. 21312.83 without any prior intimation or authorization. This was for my credit card on which the bank had levied numerous fraudulent & inappropriate charges. Only Rs. 7280.83 was the purchase total.

On calling the call center, the executive refused to do anything. I managed to speak to the floor manager but she happened to be as "fake" and unhelpful as others. I was promised that I will get a call from her supervisor on July 21 but there is no call. Further, my credit card has been blocked so that I cannot call them back.

This is a total fraud on part of the bank. All reading, do not operate with ICICI bank - they can deduct any money from anywhere for anything and then block your account so that you cant do anything. I will however, take this matter up till the highest level possible.
