ATM Malfunction

I tried withdrawing Rs 6000/- but due to ATM malfunction could not recieve the money. When I tried elsewhere it showed the same amout debited from my account. This is the second time such an incident occued to me. Last time I did not recieve the money I do not know how to handle this. ICICI CS is the worst and retail customer last of their worries.
